Since these two guys are officially obsolete (nightmare fester) and accounted for (chibi archan) respectively, it should be okay to post these old unfinished WIPs I found on my laptop while I was trying to fix it last night, I hope!
I won’t be posting anything that involves a pet that hasn’t been finished yet, since that would make things super-awkward for the current Subeta artists, and I really friggin’ don’t want to do that, okay? :(

Yeah, my old… technique? left a lot to be desired, really!
When I first started working for Subeta, I’d never really done any sort of illustrative work beyond just messing around for myself my whole life. I learned a lot from the experience— both artistically and otherwise— and the difference between the first few pets I did (DM rreign—called the dragon at the time—, angelic and reborn fester, etc) and the last (all the listed nightmares and glades, mortikings, reborn and hydrus rreign, etc) is pretty friggin’ huge. :) -

I think that’s pretty much everything— it’s been a few years since I did my last few pets for Subeta!The previous Fester revamp was one of my first pet jobs, but they just changed it again, so I don’t have the old common color versions I did for it anywhere anymore. Everything else is more or less intact!
God, I wish I knew what I knew now about anatomy, composition, color and all that back then. 8D -
